Having lived in seven countries and led diverse cultural teams, I am convinced that diversity and inclusion are powerful drivers of performance. My approach is pragmatic, results-oriented, and focused on talent development, with a particular emphasis on the human element and work-life balance.

A mother of two boys, I am an active advocate for women’s professional development and the adoption of more inclusive management practices. Passionate about dance and music, I find my energy in artistic expression and cultural exchange, art and aesthetics.
